Hi, Hello! I'm Tanya; Sustainability Educator, Gardener, Wombler, Resilience Builder, Maker and Doer of Rad Things!
I completed a Permaculture Design Certificate with Milkwood Permaculture in 2018, a Cert III in Horticulture in 2021, a Diploma of Sustainable Living in 2022, and am currently working towards a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Sustainability. I am a qualified teacher, currently offering Introduction to Gardening & Everyday Sustainability courses at Castlemaine Community House.
I have been growing and preserving food, herbs and flowers, and tending chickens in rented gardens for over ten years. I'm currently gardening and stewarding land on Dja Dja Wurrung Country/Central Victoria.
I am passionate about community sufficiency and resilience, food sovereignty and security, and equitable access to knowledge.

Introduction to Permaculture
We live, work and caretake land on the unceded lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung People.
Seeding Abundance acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia, and recognises their continuing connection to land, water and community.
We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to Elders past and present.
